Stover Golf Club
The peace and tranquility of Stover Golf Club, located on the edge of Newton Abbot, is a convenient treat for golfers in the south west, with easy access from the A38 and M5. The course is one of the best parkland courses in the south west. The beautiful parkland golf course features a wide variety of holes, elevation change, mature trees, streams and picturesque ponds.
Set in parkland with some of the prettiest golf holes in Devon. Extensive, mature woodlands and water, feature on a number of holes – the 5992 yards, par 69 provides an interesting and enjoyable challenge to golfers of all abilities.
The Front-9, offer a number of feature holes, with recent improvements adding to its attraction and challenge. The Back-9, is narrower and requires good course management and with again the recent additions adding to its charm.
The course at 5,992 yards, par 69, from the white tees is currently just under 6000 yards, however, careful course management is required to produce a good round, particularly on the back 9 holes.
